If you are shortlisted, our system will assign you a cognitive ability assessment aligned with your specific skill set.
03. HR interview
If you pass the online screening test, our HR team will conduct an interview to gather basic information about your skill set , work aptitude and potential cultural fit.
04. Technical Interview
If your HR interview is qualified, the next interview is exhaustively conducted by our expert technical team member to evaluate your technical abilities.
05. Senior Partner Interview
In the final step, you would have a final interview with the company’s senior partner who would assess your aptitude, skillset and approach to tackling technical challenges.
06. Final Decision
